These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pacific Wave Cleaning Services website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Pacific Wave Cleaning Services is a professional residential and commercial cleaning company operating in the Greater Vancouver area, British Columbia, Canada.

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and commercial janitorial services, and post-construction/renovation cleaning. The specific scope is agreed at booking. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
All prices are in CAD and subject to change with reasonable notice to existing clients. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed; we accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash. Invoices unpaid within 7 days may incur a late fee and suspension of future services.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; less notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. The same applies for lockouts where our team cannot access the property. If Pacific Wave needs to cancel, no fee is charged to you and we'll work to reschedule promptly.
If you're not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address concerns at no additional charge. Refund requests are assessed case-by-case at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate property/service information, ensure safe and accessible premises, secure or remove fragile/valuable items, disclose hazards/pets/allergies/product preferences, and provide a safe working environment free from harassment.
We agree to provide services professionally and with care, use trained and vetted staff, maintain full insurance and bonding coverage, and communicate openly about any issues that arise.
We take great care with your belongings. If damage occurs due to our negligence, notify us within 24 hours; where liability is confirmed we will repair or replace at fair market value. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, undisclosed fragile items, or items of extraordinary value not identified beforehand. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Pacific Wave Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded, protecting both clients and our team in the event of accidental damage or injury during our work.
Our team may refuse or discontinue a service if the environment poses a health or safety risk (extreme clutter, infestations, hazardous materials, threatening behaviour). A callout fee may still apply.
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Content is provided for general information only, without warranty of completeness or accuracy. You agree not to misuse the website, including unauthorized access attempts or introducing malicious code.
We may update these Terms; changes are posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
